As weird as it is to say and type ‘Cheese Balls’, these little creations are a gift from the Gods and shouldn’t be underestimated. What’s better than fried cheese? Uh, not much, but some might argue that a lot is better than any fried snack. Especially for little fingers. So, instead these are baked–a lot healthier and just as yummy!!

1 package of String Cheese

1 cup of Milk

1 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs

*For making more than just a few servings…because you know these would be awesome for parties, just double or triple the amounts. Also, if you really want to get healthy, make your own bread crumbs using dried and crushed French bread and different Italian herbs.*

Cut up the string cheese into bite size cubes. Dip in milk and then dip in the bread crumbs. Roll around until fully covered and place on a cookie sheet that has been oiled. Once the sheet is full bake at 425 for 7-10 minutes.

They can be enjoyed with either Marinara Sauce or my homemade Ranch Dressing!
